Are you an experienced M&E Sales Executive looking for your next temporary ongoing opportunity? Join a well-established hotel group, where you’ll gain valuable experience across meeting and events, sales and reservations while working as part of a supportive team.

What’s in it for you?

• You’ll earn £14.50 per hour with reliable weekly pay every Friday.
• You’ll have accommodation and staff meals provided. You’ll be based in Llandrindod Wells
• You’ll gain valuable experience supporting an established hotel group.
• You’ll receive training on Rezcontrol.
• You’ll have the opportunity to work 40 hours per week in a temporary ongoing role.

Key Responsibilities

As an M&E Sales Executive, you’ll play an important role in supporting the sales and events operation.

• Respond to incoming sales leads and enquiries.
• Quote and negotiate contract C&B enquiries.
• Support the BDM, M&E Manager or Sales Manager with targeted sales campaigns.
• Assist with the co-ordination, sales and administration of events.
• Upsell across all departments where possible.
• Keep third-party websites updated with current offers and promotions.
• Support the reservations team by taking calls, upselling and accurately entering bookings.
• Complete general administrative duties.

What we’re looking for

To succeed as an M&E Sales Executive, you’ll need previous experience within hotel sales, or meeting & events coordinator or planner role and a confident, customer-focused approach.

• Previous M&E sales experience within a hotel is essential.
• Experience working with meeting and events enquiries.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A confident approach to sales, upselling and negotiations.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Previous Rezcontrol experience is desirable, but not essential.
