Role: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Cowes

Rate of pay: £12.00 per hour + holiday pay

Platinum Recruitment are supporting a popular regatta in the Cowes area who are looking for an Kitchen Assistant to assist them from the 27^th July – 3^rd August.

Duties to include:

• Washing, peeling and preparing food ingredients
• Using equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters
• Reviewing kitchen inventory and determining what items are needed
• Unloading fresh supplies and organising the stockroom
• Checking sell-by dates and rotating food stock
• Cleaning kitchen appliances, ovens, dishes and pans
• Observing cooking times and correct temperatures
