What’s involved?

• As Head Chef, you will be in full charge of a kitchen brigade that has 6 chefs working splits and straights.
• You will have experience at Head Chef level in a high volume, good quality restaurant or gastro pub and be able to cope with the fast pace that the kitchen demands.
• As Head Chef you will be responsible for menu creation, staff training and motivation and GP and wage control. You will also be expected to be very hands on and lead the kitchen brigade by example.
