We are looking for a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen in the charming area of Great Missenden? The venue is a food-led gastro pub running a Modern British menus, including Sunday roasts and brunches.

Head Chefs responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring the kitchen team.
• Crafting and plating high-quality dishes consistently.
• Maintaining food cost percentages within budget targets.
• Managing stock efficiently through stocktaking and control.
• Collaborating effectively with the wider team.
• Upholding the highest standards of personal cleanliness and presentation.
• Building and developing your team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Ensuring safe food handling practices.
