What’s involved?
As Head Chef, you are responsible for leading the kitchen and setting the standard for food quality and consistency.
Manage food costs, stock, and supplier relationships, and ensure dishes are fresh and well executed.
Training, motivating, and scheduling the kitchen team would be a key part of the role, alongside maintaining strong hygiene and food safety standards.
