What you’ll be doing:
As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the high standards of this award-winning restaurant and hotel:
Lead the kitchen to maintain 2 AA Rosette food standards
Achieve and exceed gross profit targets
Train and develop the team on dish specs and food margins
Manage stock ordering and deliveries, avoiding over-ordering
Maintain accurate records and minimise waste
Oversee stock rotation and ensure storage areas are kept tidy
Follow budgets, health & safety, and food hygiene compliance
