Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the kitchen while maintaining high standards throughout service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Maintaining excellent quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
• Managing stock control, budgeting, and supplier relationships
• Creating and developing seasonal menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients
• Ensuring full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
• Working closely with the FOH team to deliver a seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who brings experience, leadership, and passion to the kitchen, including:

• A minimum of five years’ experience at this level
• A hands-on approach with a positive, team-focused attitude
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A genuine passion for seasonal cooking and fresh ingredients
