Salary: £34,500 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week (7:30am – 5:30pm, 4-5 days per week, alternate weekends required)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to join their team and lead the kitchen with creativity, care, and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing fresh, nutritious meals tailored to residents’ needs
• Leading a small, dedicated kitchen team with a focus on high standards and consistency
• Creating seasonal menus using quality ingredients
• Ensuring all food hygiene and safety procedures are followed
• Managing kitchen operations, stock control, and budgets

What We’re Looking For:

A passionate and skilled chef with experience in leading a kitchen team. You should be confident in delivering varied, nutritious meals and comfortable mentoring junior staff. Experience within a care setting is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.
