What’s involved?

As Head Chef you will craft and plate high-quality dishes consistently, even under pressure and maintain food cost percentages within budget targets. other responsibilities include;

• Manage stock efficiently through experience in stocktaking and control.
• Communication Champion: Collaborate effectively with the team.
• Uphold the highest standards of personal cleanliness and presentation.
• Build and develop your team through effective recruitment, training, and coaching.
• Ensure safe food handling practices with your strong knowledge.
