What you’ll be doing:
As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen and driving high standards throughout. You’ll:
Create and deliver a seasonally inspired menu
Manage, train and motivate a dedicated kitchen team
Take responsibility for stock control, ordering and budgets
Ensure food safety and Health & Safety compliance at all times
