Head Chef, Circa £50k – St James’ London: Flagship All-Day Dining Concept

We are partnering with a fast-growing, independent brand to find a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at their new, largest flagship location in St James, London. This is a bold opportunity where food will take centre stage, defining London’s next great all-day dining destination.

Compensation and Rewards

• Salary £45,000 – £55,000 DOE
• Excellent work-life balance-latest finish is 7 PM.
• Full autonomy to design an iconic flagship menu (Brunch / All-Day Dining).
• Work in one of London’s most beautiful new spaces.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As Head Chef at this flagship store, you will be key to the brand’s new chapter, ensuring the food offering embodies the company’s elevated vision and complements its single-origin speciality.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Lead the kitchen at the flagship St James’ store, where the menu defines the guest experience.
• Create and develop a modern, inspired, and memorable brunch and all-day dining menu.
• Build, train, and lead a talented and collaborative kitchen team.
• Take full ownership of menu development, supplier relationships, and all kitchen operations.
• Collaborate closely with the founders and brand team to align the food offering with the brand’s ethos.

What We Are Looking For

This role is for a highly experienced and ambitious Chef ready to make a significant impact.

• Experience in professional kitchens, with strong leadership experience.
• Ideally, a background or significant experience in respected, innovative restaurants.
• The creativity to elevate the brunch and all-day dining category.
• Ambitious, collaborative, and excited to build something iconic in central London.
