Key Responsibilities

As Group Chef Manager, you’ll oversee the catering operation across five sites, leading a team and ensuring consistently high standards across each location.

• Lead catering, food service and hospitality operations across multiple sites.
• Build strong client relationships, supporting customer satisfaction and contract retention.
• Manage budgets, P&L performance, food and labour costs, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, coach and develop managers, chefs, supervisors and frontline teams.
• Oversee catering events, conferences, hospitality functions and special events.
• Drive continuous improvement across service quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company standards.
• Manage suppliers, procurement, stock control and key performance indicators.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced catering professional who is confident managing multiple operations and leading large teams.

• Previous Contract Catering experience is essential.
• Proven multi-site management experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
