What’s involved?

• Prepping ingredients: chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
• Supporting Tandoor, Karahi, and Grill chefs with mise en place.
• Learning traditional Indian cooking techniques from senior chefs.
• Ensuring dishes meet KO Brentwood’s quality standards.
• Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Assisting with stock rotation and proper ingredient storage.
• Gaining experience across kitchen stations as needed.
• Following senior chefs’ instructions for smooth kitchen operations.
