Key Responsibilities:

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:

• Preparing food to a consistently high standard
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Following presentation standards on every dish
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy service periods
• Assisting with smooth kitchen operations in a high-volume environment

What we’re looking for:

The ideal Chef de Partie will have:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
• Experience with American-style cooking
• Confidence working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
