What’s involved?
This role would ideally suit an experienced Chef De Partie who is looking for their next step and new challenge. You will be working very closely with the other kitchen staff, supporting them with the day to day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal Chef de Partie must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
