Key Responsibilities

As part of the kitchen brigade, you’ll:

• Prepare a range of dishes to a high standard using fresh local ingredients
• Adhere to food hygiene standards at all times
• Assist the senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
• Support and encourage junior members of the team
• Maintain excellent food quality and presentation throughout service
