Key Responsibilities:
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the kitchen team. Your responsibilities include:

• Overseeing your allocated section in the kitchen
• Assisting with prep and service alongside a team of 10 Chefs/KPs
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with menu design and development
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the property

What we’re looking for:
We want someone who is:

• Passionate about fresh, high-quality food
• Ideally experienced in a busy hotel kitchen (not essential)
• A proactive team player who is eager to learn and grow
• A driver, due to limited public transport in the area
