We’re recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join a fantastic kitchen team in the New Forest. This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment while working in one of the UK’s most beautiful locations.

This role would suit a motivated Seasonal Chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients and wants to grow within a professional kitchen. The site is also Commutable from Southampton, making it ideal for chefs looking for a rewarding role without relocating.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef De Partie, you’ll support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes and memorable guest experiences:

• Deliver consistently high-quality dishes while learning from the Head Chef
• Work 40-50 hours per week across a mix of shifts depending on availability
• Contribute to menu development and help create new recipes and specials
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Collaborate with the wider park team to ensure guests enjoy their stay
• Opportunity for the role to develop into an annual position for the right Seasonal Chef
