What you’ll be doing:
As an Agency Chef, you’ll be stepping into different kitchens to support teams during busy periods, holidays, or staff shortages. You’ll:
* Deliver high-quality dishes in line with each venue’s menu
* Adapt quickly to new kitchen environments and setups
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, speed and professionalism
* Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
What we’re looking for:
We’re after skilled and reliable chefs who can hit the ground running. To succeed as a Chef de Partie in Edinburgh you’ll need:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef
* Up-to-date Food Hygiene & Allergen certificates
* Strong punctuality and a proactive approach
* Two references to verify your experience
