What’s involved?
As a Chef de Partie for our client in the Devizes area you’ll be expected to produce high end, quality meals for their pupils and staff. Reporting to the Sous Chef and Chef Manager, as a member of the team you’ll prepping, cook and serving over 1200 meals a day. The meals provided on site are of a fine dining quality, so you’re expected to be conversant with craft skills and creative in design and presentation of the finished product. Furthermore, you’ll also be working in a more restaurant style of service during the school’s events during staff dinners and events.
