We’re recruiting for a talented Chef De Partie to join a stunning venue near Southampton and Winchester, set in the heart of Alresford. This charming property with cosy bedrooms champions the very best of Hampshire produce, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your craft in a quality-driven kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Chef De Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen standards:

• Manage and run your designated section
• Prepare and present dishes to high quality standards
• Organise mise en place to ensure smooth service
• Supervise and support junior team members
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
• Monitor stock, control portions and minimise waste
• Work closely with the team to ensure consistency and efficiency

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this Chef de Partie level role, you’ll need:

• Consistency and attention to detail in presentation
• Good time management and the ability to perform under pressure
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Leadership skills to guide junior staff
• Strong organisation and mise en place discipline
• Reliability, professionalism and cost awareness
