What you’ll be doing:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of your section, ensuring excellent standards for members and their guests.
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high and consistent standard
Running your section efficiently during service
Supporting menu prep, daily specials and event functions
Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and kitchen organisation
Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
What we’re looking for:
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Ability to deliver consistent quality during busy services
Strong communication, organisation and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to support across restaurant, bar and event services
A passion for fresh, seasonal and locally inspired food
