Key Responsibilities:

In this hands-on kitchen role, you will:

• Run the wood fire oven section confidently
• Prepare and cook flatbreads using fresh, local ingredients
• Work with produce sourced from on-site kitchen gardens
• Make and manage dough preparation daily
• Prep and present garnishes to a high standard
• Engage with guests while cooking in a visible kitchen environment

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this Chef position, you’ll need:

• Previous kitchen experience in a fresh food environment
• Confidence working in a guest-facing role
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
• Willingness to learn, with full training provided on the section
• A genuine passion for food and local produce
