We’re recruiting a Chef for hospitality clients in Woking, offering weekend-only work with strong hourly pay. This role suits an experienced kitchen professional looking for consistent weekend shifts and the chance to progress into a permanent position. Opportunities are also available around Reading, making this ideal for a confident Chef de Partie seeking weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining high kitchen standards and smooth service, including:

• Managing and running a designated kitchen section
• Preparing and presenting dishes to agreed quality standards
• Organising mise en place to ensure efficient service
• Supervising and supporting junior kitchen staff
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
• Monitoring stock levels, portion control, and waste reduction
• Working closely with the team to maintain consistency

• Strong cooking skills within your section
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency
• The ability to work calmly under pressure
• A good working knowledge of food safety standards
