Key Responsibilities:

As an Agency Chef, you’ll support busy kitchens by delivering high standards of food preparation and service, including:

• Preparing and cooking fresh meals across varied menus
• Supporting kitchens during staff shortages and busy periods
• Working efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards including HACCP and COSHH
• Managing stock and ensuring kitchen cleanliness
• Providing reliable support to hospitality and care clients

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a reliable and adaptable Chef who enjoys flexible work and can quickly settle into different kitchens.

• Previous chef experience within hospitality or care settings
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• Flexibility to travel around Shanklin and surrounding areas including Ryde
• Someone interested in relief shifts or ongoing summer bookings
