Key Responsibilities

The Catering Team Leader is responsible for the essential job of keeping our guests and colleagues fuelled and hydrated, ready for the adventure that awaits them!

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you’ll be leading a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, the food tasty and appealing, and our guests happy and well looked after.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Catering Manager or F&B Manager
• Strong management and leadership skiils
• A positive, hands-on approach
• Strong Allergen knowledge
• Experience working with young people or supervising a team is a bonus but not essential.
