Role: Kitchen Porter

Rate of Pay: £13 – £14 per hour
Platinum Recruitment are supporting a Contract Caterer in Cranleigh, and we have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join a school kitchen team.
This role is available for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 14:00 on an ongoing basis.
Please note: An Enhanced DBS certificate is required for this position.

As a Kitchen Porter in a busy school environment, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Duties include:
Operating the dishwasher and ensuring all crockery and cutlery are clean
Washing pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
Maintaining cleanliness across kitchen areas, including floors and surfaces
Removing rubbish and following hygiene standards
Using cleaning products safely, in line with company guidelines
