Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a busy café-style restaurant, overseeing service from breakfast through lunch

• Lead from the front – hands-on, visible and operational

• Deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment

• Ensure the venue is welcoming, clean, well-presented and consistently stocked

• Take responsibility for opening and closing duties, food safety standards and compliance

• Stock takes, rotas, budgeting and team training – it’s all yours

What we’re looking for

• You will have proven experience as a Café Manager, Restaurant Manager or Retail-Restaurant Manager in a busy hospitality environment.

• You might be an experienced assistant manager looking to take the next step in their career

• Background in daytime-led operations such as cafés, casual dining, or retail food outlets

• You will be highly organised, customer-focused and confident managing volume service

• Comfortable working across front-of-house and back-of-house operations

• Passionate about great coffee, food and service

• Experience in driving sales and revenue through strong service standards and local marketing

• You need to live close to the area for morning starts
