What’s involved?

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of this busy pub and restaurant, leading and developing a large team while maintaining high standards. You will have previous experience in a high-volume operation, strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of financial controls, with the ability to drive sales, profitability and an excellent guest experience.
