What’s involved?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Breakfast Chef that has worked to a minimum of 4 or 5 star and 2 AA Rosette level.
Your skills will be needed to manage the breakfast operation cleanly and methodically. You will be supported by a very skilled senior management team and report to the Head Chef and the Executive Head Chef.
