Key Responsibilities:

As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the smooth running of the restaurant day to day, including:

• Supporting service across a 600-cover operation during peak season
• Leading and motivating the front of house team
• Ensuring exceptional guest service standards are maintained
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Supporting stock control and daily operational procedures

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as an Assistant Manager, you’ll bring:

• Experience in a high-end, high-volume environment
• A background at senior supervisor, Restaurant Manager or similar level
• A hands-on leadership style with strong people skills
• A fun-loving, friendly personality that thrives in a busy setting
• The ability to stay calm and organised during peak service
