What’s involved?

The successful Assistant Restaurant Manager will have previous experience at supervisory level within a busy 4/5 Star Hotel.

Reporting to our Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will ensure a smooth running of the front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and passionate about great hospitality with ideally minimum WSET Level 1 Qualification.
