What’s involved?
This is a hands on role so Ideally you will have worked in a fresh food dining pub or restaurant and are looking to get into a company that can offer great progression. You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate your team. If you have previous experience working at a 2AA rosette level that would be an advantage but not essential.
