About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation, leading the management team and ensuring excellent standards across the business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the team
• Driving sales, profitability and performance
• Managing P&L, labour and stock costs
• Maintaining excellent guest and service standards
• Developing sales and business opportunities
• Ensuring compliance and operational standards
• Working closely with senior management

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager from a pub, restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality operation.

You’ll be commercially aware, hands-on and people-focused, with the confidence to lead a team and take full ownership of the business.
