Based in Shaftesbury, this opportunity could suit chefs travelling from Gillingham, Sturminster Newton, Blandford Forum, Sherborne and surrounding Dorset and Wiltshire areas.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the kitchen team, you’ll play an important role in delivering great food and memorable dining experiences.

• Preparing and cooking fresh food to a consistently high standard

• Taking responsibility for your section during service

• Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods

• Getting involved in wedding breakfasts, functions and events

• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

• Helping ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in the kitchen, takes pride in their cooking and wants to be part of a positive team.

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar kitchen position

• A genuine passion for fresh food and quality cooking

• Experience managing a kitchen section during busy services

• A positive attitude and good team-working skills

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Your own transport and a full UK driving licence are essential due to the rural location.
