We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant in London for a two-week assignment starting Monday 19th October. This is a great opportunity to put your practical skills to use in a busy Hotel environment, supporting the upkeep of bedrooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Assistant, you’ll help keep the property in excellent condition by carrying out a range of general maintenance tasks, including:

• Grouting and applying silicone to maintain a clean, professional finish
• Painting and decorating bedrooms and public areas
• Carrying out general Hotel maintenance duties
• Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone practical, reliable and ready to get stuck in. You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in maintenance, ideally within a Hotel or similar setting
• Experience with painting, decorating, grouting and silicone application
• An understanding of planned and reactive maintenance
• A flexible, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently
