Key Responsibilities:

As Spa Manager, you’ll be hands-on in the operation while leading the team and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

• Lead, motivate and develop the Spa team
• Deliver professional, high-standard treatments
• Oversee bookings, scheduling, rotas and the overall guest journey
• Monitor treatment, retail and revenue targets, KPIs and costs
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider hotel teams
• Manage and develop the Spa’s social media presence
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies

What we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally be an experienced Spa Therapist ready to step into management, or an established Spa Manager looking for a fresh opportunity.

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is essential
• Proven supervisory or management experience within a Spa or wellness environment
• Strong practical treatment skills and a genuine passion for wellness
• Hands-on, self-motivated and commercially focused
• Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
• Experience managing budgets, targets and costs
• Confident using booking and scheduling systems
• Flexible to work weekends and variable hours
• Elemis product knowledge is desirable
• Must be eligible to work in the Isle of Man
