What will you be doing?
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the day-to-day running of service
- Lead, brief and motivate the front-of-house team
- Maintain exceptional Michelin-level fine-dining service standards
- Be visible on the floor and deliver a polished, personal guest experience
- Coach and develop junior members of the restaurant team
- Help drive food, wine and service knowledge across the team
- Work closely with the kitchen and senior management
- Play an active role in maintaining and developing already high standards
What we’re looking for
- Proven 3 AA Rosette experience or above, or comparable Michelin-level fine-dining experience
- Previous supervisory or restaurant management responsibility
- Strong leadership and confident floor presence
- Excellent food, wine and service knowledge
- A genuine passion for hospitality and high-end restaurant service
- High standards, professionalism and attention to detail
- Ambition to continue progressing towards Restaurant Manager
- Willingness to relocate to Cumbria for the right career opportunity
