Key Responsibilities

Working alongside the F&B Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of the food and beverage operation.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant and bar
• Lead and support the team across breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Maintain high standards of service throughout the day
• Oversee bar service alongside restaurant operations
• Help create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Support the F&B Manager with the wider operation

• Previous experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
• Hotel experience is preferred
• A confident and hands-on approach to service
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
• Flexibility to work across breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service
• Your own transport is essential due to the rural location

Working a 40-hour contract across 5 days per week, this Restaurant & Bar Manager position gives you the chance to develop your skills while enjoying the benefits of working within a well-established hotel. The location is commutable from Southampton, Winchester, and Basingstoke.
