What’s involved?

As Head Chef, you’ll take full responsibility for the kitchen, leading the team while maintaining the high standards expected of a 2 AA Rosette operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the kitchen team.
• Creating seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
• Managing food GP, stock and ordering.
• Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Recruiting, training and mentoring chefs.
• Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety compliance.
• Working closely with senior management.
• Delivering outstanding food every service.
