Key Responsibilities

As the Agency Chef, you will:

• Prepare and cook buffet-style breakfast, lunch and evening meals within a staff canteen
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and presentation
• Work as part of an established kitchen team
• Work 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 including weekends, with shifts between 06:00 and 20:00
• Follow food safety and allergen procedures at all times

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous Chef experience in a busy catering environment
• Is available to start immediately and commit to the next 3 months
• Has access to their own transport
• Is reliable, organised and works well within a team
• Can easily travel to Alnwick, including those commutable from Newcastle
