Key Responsibilities:

As Front Office Manager, you’ll lead the front office operation while ensuring every guest receives outstanding service by:

  • Overseeing the reception and night teams, providing coaching, support, and motivation
  • Acting as the main point of contact for guest queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Managing daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest requests
  • Training colleagues on the hotel system while supporting recruitment, on-boarding, and development
  • Working closely with all departments to deliver a seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone with strong Management skills who can confidently lead from the front.

  • Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality, ideally in front office operations
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills
  • Experience with hospitality systems such as Guestline or Reslynx would be an advantage
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Happy to support on the Reception desk when required
  • Immediately available with no notice period or holiday commitments
