Much of the produce is grown on-site, with seasonal vegetables, herbs, fruit and livestock all playing a key part in creating fresh, flavour-led menus. Key Responsibilities

As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll:

• Take ownership of your section and deliver consistently high standards

• Prepare fresh, seasonal dishes using premium ingredients

• Support and mentor junior chefs within the brigade

• Work closely with the senior team on menu preparation and daily service

• Maintain exceptional food hygiene and presentation standards

• Contribute ideas and creativity to seasonal menu development

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie ready to step up, or existing Senior Chef de Partie experience

• Passion for fresh, seasonal food and quality ingredients

• A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills

• Strong organisation and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen

• Pride in delivering consistently high-quality dishes
