What’s involved?

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your own section while working alongside a passionate and experienced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes.
• Running your section during busy service periods.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Supporting the senior chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Assisting with stock control and minimising waste.
• Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver exceptional service.
