Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in leading the kitchen by:

• Leading, motivating and training junior chefs to a high standard.
• Creating exceptional dishes using fresh, local produce.
• Maintaining the highest food hygiene standards at all times.
• Driving consistency and quality throughout every service.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Previous Head Chef experience within a 2 AA Rosette environment.
• A passionate Chef with personality, creativity and a desire to progress.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a kitchen team.
