Key Responsibilities:

As Head Housekeeper, you’ll lead by example to maintain exceptional standards:

• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities
• Ensure bed linens are changed and rooms are fully replenished
• Maintain high standards across floors, surfaces, and shared spaces
• Manage and maintain cleaning equipment safely
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Support laundry operations when needed
• Deliver excellent guest service and respond to requests efficiently
• Uphold all health and safety procedures

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as Head Housekeeper, you’ll bring:

• Experience in Housekeeping, cleaning, or similar environments
• A positive and professional approach to guest service
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
• Good physical fitness for a hands-on role
• A driving licence (essential due to location)
