What you’ll be doing:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the high standards of this 2 Rosette kitchen. You will:

• Prepare and present dishes to a consistent, high standard
• Maintain excellent levels of hygiene and food safety
• Manage and support Commis and Demi Chefs within your section
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu development
• Ensure quality and consistency during every service
