Key Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in daily kitchen operations:

• Support the Head Chef with day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Lead service and ensure consistent food quality
• Supervise and motivate the kitchen team
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Seasonal Sous Chef, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
• Confidence in leading a team in a busy kitchen
• A passion for fresh, seasonal food
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Reliability and commitment for the full seasonal period
