The Role

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to keep service running smoothly in a busy, fresh-food kitchen. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the team during service
• Supporting seasonal menu development
• Managing stock control and ordering
• Maintaining high standards of consistency, quality, and presentation
