We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to join a friendly and professional team at a busy holiday park in Cirencester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to step into a stable and rewarding role, with accommodation available and a great lifestyle location-just a short drive from Swindon and within easy reach of Cheltenham.

Working as a Sous Chef in this holiday park setting, you’ll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, delivering quality dishes, and maintaining a positive and organised environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sous Chef in this holiday park kitchen in Cirencester, you will:

• Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
• Lead and motivate the team during service
• Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
• Help train and develop junior team members

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Sous Chef, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
• Confidence working in a fast-paced holiday park or hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A hands-on approach with attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
