We are looking for a talented Pastry Chef to join a vibrant kitchen team on the Isle of Wight for an exciting seasonal opportunity. Key Responsibilities:

As a Pastry Chef, you will:

• Assist in producing high-quality pastry, desserts, and breads
• Deliver consistent dishes while learning from senior team members
• Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage stock levels and follow recipes accurately
• Support and guide junior members of the team

What we’re looking for:

To succeed in this Pastry Chef role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a pastry-focused Chef in a high-volume kitchen
• Confidence working with fresh produce to a high standard
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for food and a willingness to learn and develop
