What’s involved?

As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will help lead the brigade, maintain high standards across all sections, and ensure consistency in every dish served.

Candidates should have experience within high-end kitchens, ideally within luxury hotels or rosette/Michelin-standard establishments.
