Key Responsibilities:

As Spa Manager, you’ll take ownership of the spa’s daily operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience:

• Lead from the front with a hands-on approach to team management
• Create and manage staff rotas, including holidays and absences
• Deliver outstanding customer service and step in where needed
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Maximise bookings through effective use of spa systems and promotions
• Support front of house operations during busy periods or staff shortages
• Assist with recruitment to attract top local talent
• Help coordinate annual reviews and mystery guest assessments

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Spa Manager, you’ll bring strong leadership and a passion for guest experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a spa or hotel environment
• Strong organisational and team management skills
• A hands-on, proactive approach to daily operations
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability
• Confidence using booking systems and driving revenue opportunities
