We’re looking for a skilled Head Chef to join a busy MOD kitchen in Woking. This role offers a supportive environment where you can lead a small team, and enjoy a great work/life balance. Key Responsibilities:
As Head Chef in Woking, you will:

• Lead and manage kitchen staff efficiently
• Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation
• Support menu creation and updates
• Learn to manage stock, ordering, and food costs for when the Catering Manager is off
• Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
• Maintain a clean, well-organised, and efficient kitchen

• Strong in culinary skills with creative flair in dishes and presentation
• Experienced in leading and motivating a kitchen team
• Able to maintain consistency and high standards in food quality
